At Dynamic Nail Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging; please note that for hygiene reasons, liquids and opened gels cannot be returned.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your RMA number inside the box before shipping via a carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
